It depends on the pill and on you, everyone has a different reaction, some people's breasts do get bigger but most of the time not. Your breast size is genetically determined, and also on how much you weigh as it is mostly fat.





Your skin clearing up would be irrelevant, you might break out in spots as a side effect because pills have hormones in them.





You may lose or gain weight. My friend gained a LOT of weight on her face when she went on the pill and that's actually why she stopped.





Other side effects include a heavier period.





One thing you should know is that if you get pregnant on the pill then you are more likely to miscarry and have your baby dying.
